• Harassment, abuse, or discriminatory speech is strictly prohibited.
• Respect cultural, personal, and professional boundaries.
• No hate speech or disrespectful behavior towards any community or individual.

3. Quality & Ethics in Work

• Submit original, high-quality work with ethical practices.
• No plagiarism, AI misuse, or copyright violations.
• Protect client confidentiality and sensitive data.
• Avoid shortcuts that compromise the quality or integrity of the project.

4. Fair Use of Platform

• Do not attempt to harm platform systems or security.
• Do not create fake accounts, fake reviews, or manipulate ratings.
• Avoid spamming or sending unsolicited promotional content.
• Use FreelancerKar NX only for legal and ethical purposes.

5. Payment & Transparency

• Freelancers must clearly communicate pricing before starting a project.
• Clients must release payments as per agreed terms and completed work.
• No hidden charges, false claims, or unfair payment practices.
• Report any payment dispute directly to FreelancerKar Support.

6. Zero Tolerance Violations

Violations that lead to immediate action:

• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior.
• Scams, fraud, or unethical solicitation.
• Sharing harmful, explicit, or prohibited content.
• Repeated poor-quality submissions or deliberate misuse of platform tools.

7. Reporting Issues

If you experience any kind of violation or unsafe behavior, immediately report it to ourSupport Team. We take reports seriously and ensure quick and fair action.
